High School rules apply.
Games are scheduled every hour and 10 minutes apart.
Teams are required to provide a score keeper
- 2-16 minute STOP TIME Halves, 3min Halves (Girls 8th thru Varsity)
- 2-14 minute STOP TIME Halves, 3min Halves (Boys 4th thru Varsity) (Girls 4th thru 7th)
- All Games are stop clock time
- Running clock in 2ND HALF if 20 point differential. Stop clock will resume if team can come
back within 15 points.
- Games shall start the later of:
- The scheduled start time
- 10 minutes following the completion of prior game
- 10 minute warm up with 5 minute half-time
- 10 second back court when 30 second clock is not available
0n Ball 5 second count while dribbling is in affect (Front Court)
- Time outs: 3 full, 2- 30 second per game, one additional full time out per overtime period. Time outs still carry over
- Overtime period 2 minutes - Double overtime 1 minute - Triple Over, time 1 minute.
- Free throws:
- All players may enter the lane when the ball hits the rim.
- Only 6 players (including) shooter below the top of the key.
- Coaches are responsible for listing players on the official score sheet/book 15 minutes prior to start of the game.
Home team (top top of bracket or first team in pool) will wear light jerseys. Visiting team will wear dark jerseys. If correct uniform not available, pinneys will be worn, and is the responsibility of the w/o correct uniform.
No food or drinks will be permitted in the stands.
Team must clean their benches after each game.
Basic Rules
Ball size Girls - 28.5 Boys 6th - 28.5 Boys 7th - Regulation Size
It is not mandatory that all teams have (2) color jerseys. (Light and dark) However, it is highly recommended to avoid teams wearing the same color at the same time. When possible the home team will wear light, and visitors wear dark.
Technical fouls results in (2) shots and the ball.
No jewelry, plastic bracelets, ear rings, etc ...Shall be worn by players.
Tie breaker determined by, #1 Head to Head, #2 points (max. 13 points per game)
Overtime Rules: 1st overtime will be 3 minutes. 2nd overtime is 2 minutes. 3rd overtime will be sudden death.
The game may start earlier than scheduled time, only if both coaches agree to start early, NOT the Officials.
Un-sportsmanlike Conduct will not be tolerated
