The first part of our 30th annual Cal-Hi Sports All-State Girls Basketball Team spotlights the top honorees from each CIF state enrollment division. Criteria for these honors include performances during 2009-2010 high school season, being a key member of a championship team, being honored locally, personal evaluation and some head-to-head matchups.
